Who We Are:
Festival League began in 2002 when a group of eager filmmakers, musicians and artists decided to create their own events to showcase and promote work which transcends the typical Hollywood production$, the radio hits and the high-priced art market. We constantly searched for work which brought audiences something fresh and alive - works of art.

For two years, we produced free monthly events called WellFair, where hundreds of people gathered each month to witness the uprising of the independent artist. We eventually grew so much, we decided to turn our monthly event into a large-scale annual events: Atlanta Underground Film Festival and Animation Attack! Atlanta Horror Fest, Atlanta International Documentary Festival and our first event abroad, the First Annual  Montezuma International Film Festival held in Montezuma, Costa Rica.

As of today, Festival League has produced over 30 multi-media events, four exciting annual festivals. The group has grown into an unrelenting organization of talented filmmakers,  musicians and artists who work year-round to bring you the best in the independent arts in the U.S. and abroad.

So, who is Festival League? Festival League is YOU, and all the thousands of filmmakers, artists and musicans who have showcased their work at one or more of our events!
